On October 23 and 24, Sciforma PPM users and team members gathered in San Diego for the North American User Summit. There, they exchanged, networked, and shared their PPM successes and challenges. Attendees of all PMO maturity levels spent time with Sciforma executives and PPM consultants, sharing best practices and experiences.

Hearing from Sciforma PPM executives and leaders

In addition to exchanging ideas and networking, the user summit attendees heard keynotes from Sciforma’s CEO (Yann Le Bihan), VP of Solutions (Fabien Herelle), and Chief of Product (Joel Gutierrez). These executives offered insights into Sciforma’s vision and product roadmap, including cloud resources.

As a matter of fact, Sciforma user summit attendees got a glimpse of the key features that will enable this, including:

  • data snapshots
  • health scores
  • Agile and hybrid
  • custom Gantts
  • portfolio status overviews
  • task filters
  • programs
  • dependencies

A user summit for all types of Sciforma users

With over 300,000 users worldwide, Sciforma organized this user summit to further strengthen and build the North American user community. The ~30 organizations of various industries ranged from manufacturing and government to health care and finance. This allowed them to gain insights and inspiration to bring back to their PMOs. User summit attendees from organizations small and large discussed topics of change management, user adoption, integration, key features, and best practices/experiences.

A central tool connecting teams, data, leaders, and processes

The Sciforma user summit especially reinforced for PMOs the importance of centralizing teams, data, leaders, and processes. Taking advantage of data visibility, connecting and integrating with other line-of-business tools, and leadership change management will all bring value to business goals and strategic initiatives
